MARCH 10, 2020: US SQUASH SUSPENDS HOSTING OF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
In follow up to the recent US Squash communication regarding the rapid and unprecedented spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout the country, after considerable discussion the Board and management have agreed that the organization has no choice other than to cancel the scheduled dates for the upcoming National Championships.
We recognize the importance of the championships for the athletes and we make this move reluctantly with the understanding that our athletes have worked hard to achieve what they have and we want to do all we can to permit them to compete for national titles. We have been through similar circumstances before, though not on this scale – and it is complicated – however we are committed to doing everything we can reasonably do to preserve this seasons National Championships.
As such, we will continue to monitor and evaluate the national circumstances related to the response to the coronavirus. If we are able to re-schedule National Championships, we will do so. We will keep the community informed and will provide enough advance notice of additional adaptations to schedules, events and policies to allow our members to adjust and to plan accordingly.
Withdrawals and Refunds
National Championship entrants will receive the standard full refund less a $15 administrative fee. Entrants will also receive the option to donate the entry fee to help offset losses US Squash will incur related to the impact of COVID-19. A process for this is being put in place and participants will be notified directly when this is actionable.

The hardball singles will be played at Meadow Mill on softball singles courts with the new Dunlop ball designed for hardball play on wide courts.
Entry includes one entry into the doubles and the hardball singles. Please sign up for one division and include your second desired division in the entry notes and we will enter you manually! Draws under 4 entrants will be combine with other draws.

Players are expected to compete in and complete all consolations unless injured.
Entry deadline is Wednesday, April 15, 2020 12:00pm ET
After this time no more entries will be accepted.
Early entry fee is $155 per player. Entries received after March 24 will be charged the full entry fee of $205 per player. This includes a non-refundable $10 processing charge per entrant.
Under 30 entry is $95.
Guest fee is $85. Includes access to all functions and hospitality.
SILVER Patron Fee $500 per player – Includes entry, special gift & guest access
GOLD Patron Fee $1,000 per player – Includes entry, special gift & guest access
PLATINUM Patron Fee $2,500 per player – Includes entry, extra special US Squash gift & guest access
*All Patrons will receive recognition and are deeply appreciated. Any amount above $250 is tax deductible.
NO REFUNDS will be issued to players who withdraw from the main draw after the regular entry deadline.
All players MUST be current US Squash members or members of their own National Governing Body.
Players may enter one doubles division and one hardball singles division for a single entry fee.
